MISION
Trabajar con las familias en riesgo y poblaciones vulnerables, con los criterios de sistemas locales de salud y atencion primaria de salud, como motivadores y como abogacia, para la gestion y garantias de los derechos humanos
HISTORIA
El Instituto nace a partir de la confluencia de la medicina, las ciencias de la salud y ciencias politicas, y del derecho de sus fundadores, en el marco del mandato del Secretario general de las Naciones Unidas, de que todas las oficinas, departamentos y directivas de las Naciones Unidas se imbuyan y pongan en practica la doctrina de Derechos Humanos, y en particular del documento HUMAN RIGHTS AND POVERTY REDUCTION STRATEGIES, que tienen como autor a un docente de la Facultad de Salud Publica de la Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, y que nos sirvio de relacion con la Organizacion Mundial de la Salud.
