Almost 25 years ago, in Trujillo, we decided to start a voluntary work formalized in a non-profit association, based on political sciences and legal cinemas, medicine and public health. We accept the proposal of the Secretary of the United Nations in the sense of committing from the international institutions in the framework of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, in committing myself to the defense of Life. This is how the Institute of Health and Human Rights was born ideologically and programmatically, and we launched into the districts with the basic concept of Local Health Systems and Community Participation. Initially in the district of Hope in initiatives that culminated in an advisory to the mayor of Plan Distritla TBC, and in El Porvenir with forums and conferences regarding the Alto a la TBC strategy, we culminated in the academic environment of the Antenor Orrego Private University. We closed this first professional milestone in strategic alliance with ONGD Satyagraha, precept of lawyer Matham Gandhi and with the International Federation Medical Students Association IFMSA UPAO, and we closed it with Conferneicas to the Regional Multisectorial Health Coordinator.
Connected initially as a community volunteer, then as a social responsibility, and now as a lawyer, and from the experiences that are born in the International Workshop New Global Fund Mechanism and the proposed TB Protocol for Persons Deprived of their Freedom. With the framework achieved since the launching workshop of the Parliamentary Front against the TBC of Mexico, we make a call in the Health Organization for the VIII Summit of the Organization of American States DEMOCRATIC GOVERNANCE AND ANTICORRUPTION FIGHT Lima 5 April 2018. Peace to the Man of Goodwill and Welcome Year 2018, with Transparency and Institutionality, with Community Mobilization and Medical Science, with that link and taking up the call of the United Nations to incorporate Human Rights in All Activities. Our call is therefore to strengthen health services, in defense of human rights and of the right to health, our call is in Defense of Life and the initiatives of the empowered citizen, which is what makes the Nation and the rule of law To participate in international initiatives, from Peru and Latin America, and to frame us in the new concept of a globalized world, with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948
